This Spanish villa to let is near Cordova, Spain, in the Valle de los Pedroches of the Sierra Morena in Andalusia. The house if quite big, and located in a peaceful area. It is an old, Spanish farmhouse over 300 years old, that has been restored. The house also sits over Roman Ruins.
The holiday accommodation is fit for 15 people, and has 5 bedrooms. Kitchen is independent and totally equipped. There are 3 bathrooms, two of which has old-style claw-foot bathtubs.
Ample living room with chimney, separate dining room, centralized heating and heated floors. The entire holiday rental is decroated in a rusic style, and has a private garden with barbeque.
There is also a common garden to enjoy with swiming pool. Parking for several cars. There is also an area of orchard and vegetable garden. Small play house for kids is in this area too.
Close to the town of Pozoblanco.
